We want you happy with every order. Because flowers are perishable, our refund rules are a bit different from regular retail. Here’s how it works.
If there’s a problem with your order
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Include your order number and a photo so we can help fast. We’ll repair, replace, or credit your order at our discretion.

Cancellations

Before we start designing: Full refund (minus any payment processing fees).

After design has begun or the order is out for delivery: Refunds aren’t available.

Quality guarantee
If the flowers aren’t fresh or the design doesn’t match the size/style you chose, we’ll make it right—either a remake, replacement, or store credit.

Substitutions
Sometimes a stem or container is unavailable. We may substitute with equal or higher value in a similar style and color. Substitutions are not grounds for a refund unless the overall look/size is materially different from what was ordered.
Delivery issues

Wrong or incomplete address / recipient unavailable: We can re-deliver for an additional fee. These situations aren’t refundable.

Timing: We do our best, but exact delivery times aren’t guaranteed (unless a written event contract says otherwise).
Non-refundable items

Custom designs once we’ve purchased materials or started the work

Delivered or picked-up fresh flowers after 24 hours

Sale items and limited seasonal items marked final sale

Exchanges & credits
If approved, we typically offer a remake, replacement, or store credit. Cash refunds are rare due to the perishable nature of flowers.

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (usually 3–10 business days). Delivery and rush fees are not refundable unless we made an error.

Gifts & add-ons
Chocolates, teddies, and similar items may vary by brand/packaging. For food items, please check labels for allergens. Unopened, non-perishable gift items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days with receipt.
