Who We Are

Doral Blooms (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a local flower shop serving Doral and South Florida.

 

Using our website

Use the site only for lawful shopping and browsing. Don’t try to break, copy, or misuse the site or our content.

 

Products & photos

Flowers are natural. Color, size, and stage of bloom can vary. Photos show style and size, not exact stems.

 

Substitutions

If a flower or container is unavailable, we may substitute with equal or higher value in a similar style and color. We’ll keep the overall look.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. Taxes and delivery fees apply. We accept major cards and common digital wallets. Orders must be paid in full before we design or deliver.

 

Orders & changes

Orders are confirmed once you receive our order email. Need a change? Contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed after design starts or the order is out for delivery.

 

Delivery

• Same-day: Order by our posted cutoff (usually 3 PM local) for same-day delivery.

• Timing: We do our best on timing but cannot promise exact times (weddings/events excluded with a written agreement).

• Recipient not available: We may leave the order with a person on site, at a front desk, or in a safe spot if allowed by the location. If re-delivery is needed, a new fee may apply.

• Addresses: Please provide a full, correct address and access notes. We aren’t responsible for delays due to wrong or incomplete info.

Pickup

We’ll hold pickups during shop hours. Please collect on the selected date. Very late pickups may be remade at your cost if the flowers are no longer fresh.

 

Quality guarantee & issues

We want you happy. If something’s off, contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup with your order number and a photo. We’ll repair, replace, or credit at our discretion. Because flowers are perishable, we can’t accept returns after delivery except for quality issues reported on time.

Cancellations & refunds

• Before design: Full refund minus any payment fees.

• After design or out for delivery: Refunds aren’t available.

• Event orders: Follow the event contract (if any); different terms may apply.

 

Custom orders

Custom designs may require extra time and a deposit. Custom deposits are non-refundable once we purchase materials.

 

Add-ons & gifts

Chocolates, teddy bears, and other add-ons may vary by brand or packaging. Food items may contain allergens. Please check labels and use at your own discretion.

 

Promotions & rewards

Coupons, sales, and rewards points can’t be combined unless stated. We may change or end promotions or the rewards program at any time.

 

Accounts

Keep your account login safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

 

Reviews & user content

If you post a review or send a photo, you give us a right to display it on our site and social pages. Keep content respectful and lawful.

 

Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, logos) belongs to Doral Blooms or our partners. Don’t copy or reuse without permission.

Third-party links

We may link to other sites. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

 

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

 

Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

 

Force majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, supply issues, carrier delays, emergencies).

Governing law
