Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver fresh flowers with care. Here’s how delivery and pickup work.
Service area
We deliver in Doral and greater South Florida. We don’t ship nationwide or overseas.
Same-day delivery
Order by 3:00 PM local time for same-day delivery (while supplies last). After 3 PM, your order moves to the next delivery day.
Delivery windows
We deliver during shop hours. We can’t promise exact times, but you can add notes and we’ll do our best. Event/wedding timing requires a written agreement.
Fees
Delivery fees vary by distance and timing. You’ll see the fee at checkout. Re-delivery or address changes may require an extra fee.
Recipient unavailable
If no one is available, we may:

Leave the order with a person on site or at a front desk, or
-
Leave it in a safe, shaded spot (when allowed by location)
If re-delivery is needed, a new fee may apply.
Apartments, offices, hospitals & schools
We follow building policies. We may leave orders with security, reception, or a nurse’s station if direct delivery isn’t allowed.
Address accuracy
Please provide the full address, unit/suite, gate codes, and a working phone number. We aren’t responsible for delays from incorrect or incomplete info.
Weather & high-volume days
Extreme heat, storms, or holiday volume may affect timing or availability. We’ll notify you of changes and make the earliest safe delivery.
Substitutions
If a stem or container is unavailable, we may substitute with equal or higher value in a similar style and color to keep the overall look.
Handling & freshness
We deliver in water or with a water source. Bring flowers indoors promptly and follow the care card for best vase life.
Delivery confirmation
You’ll receive an email or text update when the order is delivered. Photo proof may be provided when possible.
In-store pickup
Choose a pickup time at checkout. Bring your order number. We’ll hold pickups during business hours on your selected day.
Undeliverable orders
If an order can’t be delivered or picked up on the scheduled day due to issues beyond our control, we’ll try to contact you. Remakes or refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Special instructions
Add gate info, recipient phone, and any access notes at checkout. For surprises, note if we should call first or do not call.
